What is the return policy?

We start from scratch on every custom-tailored suit and make your suit based on your measurements. They are very  custom fit to your body and your measurements, therefore, we have a no return policy. However, we understand ordering mistakes can occur with design choice, fabric color, top size, and bottom cut. Refunds can be issued via store credit only for qualifying orders only. The total amount issued will not include the cost of the selected shipping method on the original order. If we receive a suit that has has any signs of wear, tanning residue, bodily residue, is missing tags, or does not have the hygienic liners, we will send the suit back to you without exchange or refund. 

What if my suit doesn't fit me?

Venus has come up with a brand new hidden system of quick size adjustment, "QuickFix", so that anyone can adjust the size no matter how close you are to your show day, with no sewing experience needed. However, it is your responsibility to order the correct back cut so please make sure you are ordering the correct one for your league. 

How do i know what back cut to get?

This depends on the size of your glutes and how revealing you want your suit to be. We recommend the Pro cut for most bikini competitors. If you are competing in a league that requires 50% coverage we recommend the Brazilian cut.

Quick ship suits are pre-made and sold as is. Please provide your final measurements at the time of ordering so we can sew the suit to your size before shipping out to you within 1-3 business days.
